Resolutions Part #2

Oh yeah, regarding resolutions…
Updating a blog is one thing, not being able to see your most favorite appendix anymore is another!
So I’m going on a diet, once again..
This time, I know what is to be done as I already managed to lose 9 kilos last spring:
- Low carbohydrates
- Low Fat (max 15 g / day)
- Run 1 hour 5 x / week
- Drink 3 liters of water / day
And that’s about it.
Easy, no? ![]()
Apart from the fact that there’s “Züri Geschnetzeltes” in the cantine on Friday….
