Thought I’d get into the spirit by going off and purchasing two nifty car flags, a Swiss one for the left-hand side and an Italian one for the right (and an English one to leave symbolically in the boot, maybe?)

It’s neither “survival” nor has it got anything to do with giving up fast! It’s called commensense! One can follow the crowd and support every marketing-gag, no problem. Go ahead, do it – you are men, after all!

We shall NOT follow the crowd! Should either team score a goal, we shall emit a subtle “oh: jolly good show!” whilst raising a bemused eyebrow.
